丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺/丙烯腈三元共聚制备耐盐高吸水性树脂的研究

摘 要:采用过硫酸铵作为引发剂,N,N-二甲基双丙烯酰胺作为交联剂,通过水溶液共聚法制备了丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯腈高吸水性共聚物,探讨了合成过程中各种影响因素对高吸水性树脂性能的影响。结果表明,当反应单体配比n(丙烯酸)∶n(丙烯酰胺)∶n(丙烯腈)=15∶4∶6,引发剂用量为单体总质量的0.05%,交联剂用量为单体总质量的0.015%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为3 h,中和度为75%的条件下,所得高吸水性树脂的吸去离子水能力可达990 g/g以上,吸0.9%氯化钠溶液能力达190 g/g以上。

Preparation of Acrylic Acid/Acryl amide/Acrylonitrile Copolymer as Salt-resisting Super Absorbent Resin

Abstract:Acrylic acid /acrylamide/acrylonitrile copolymer as salt-resisting super absorbent resin was prepared by water solution copolymerization. The ammonium persulfate was taking as the initiator and N,N’-ethylenebisacrylamide as the cross-linking agent. The influences of various factors on the properties of absorbent resin were discussed. The results showed that: when the reaction monomer mole ratio of n(acrylic acid): n(acrylamide) :n(acrylonitrile) was 15:4:6; a initiator dosage was 0.05% of the monomer; cross-linking agent was 0.015% of monomer; reaction temperature was of 80℃; reaction time was of 3 h; neutralization degree was of 75%; the absorption capacity of the resin was more than 990 g/g in case of deionized water and more than190 g/g in case of 0.9% NaCl solution.
