从绿茶中提取咖啡因实验方法的对比 |

摘 要:将传统索氏提取器换为恒压漏斗,从茶叶中提取咖啡因。研究水、无水乙醇、氯仿和丙酮不同的溶剂对咖啡因提取效果的影响。结果表明,使用恒压漏斗作为提取装置,以无水乙醇作为提取剂时,咖啡因提取率达到1.82%,提取时间2~3 h。将提取得到的白色产品经傅里叶红外光谱测试,数据显示,产品谱图与标准谱图一致。 |

Comparison of Experimental Methods for Extracting Caffeine from Green Tea |

Abstract:In a common extraction method a Soxhlet extractor with water, alcohol, chloroform and acetone as solvents was used. In this paper, we attempted to use a constant voltage funnel as an extractor instead of a Soxhlet extractor, and to study its effect on the extraction efficiency of caffeine with different extracting agents. The results showed that the extraction efficiency of caffeine was up to 1.82% when using a constant voltage funnel and ethanol as the solvent. At the same time, the extraction duration was also dramatically shortened. The FT-IR spectra of the white extracting product was consisted with that of the standard caffeine. |
