对甲苯磺酰甲基异腈的稳定性研究

摘 要:研究对甲苯磺酰甲基异腈在酸性、碱性条件及受热时的稳定性。考察对甲苯磺酰甲基异腈在温度20℃和50℃、pH在1~14范围内的稳定性;采用DSC评价甲苯磺酰甲基异腈的热稳定性。结果表明:对甲苯磺酰甲基异腈在无机碱和有机碱中均发生离解,生成-Tos基团和甲酰胺基;在酸性溶液中离解变质并发生一定聚合反应;在109.5℃吸热57.73 J/g,114.2℃发生热分解释放热量667.7 J/g。

Study on the Stability of Toluenesulfomethyl Isocyanide

Abstract:The acid-base and thermal stability of the toluenesulfomethyl isocyanide was studied. The stability of toluenesulfomethyl isocyanide was studied in acid-base solution at the temperature of 20℃ and 50℃ respectively; the thermal stability of toluenesulfomethyl isocyanide was studied using DSC. Toluenesulfomethyl isocyanide dissociated completely in inorganic alkali for-Tos group and a carboxamide group in alkaline solution; the dissociation metamorphism were polymerization in the acidic solution; the process of toluenesulfomethyl isocyanide was endothermic at 109.5℃, absorbing 57.73 J/g and the decomposition occurs at 114.2℃, gaving 667.7 J/g; The results can provide theoretical data for the industrial production of toluenesulfomethyl isocyanide.
