 六氢嘧啶的合成

| 摘 要:以甲醛水溶液(37%~40%)和1,3-丙二胺为原料合成了六氢嘧啶,并进行纯化处理,其结构经MS和1H NMR确证。通过对反应条件优化,最终找到一条适宜的路线,该合成工艺操作简单,条件温和,试剂价廉易得,具有工业化前景。 |

| Abstract:In this paper, the synthesis of hexahydropyrimidine from aqueous solution of formaldehyde(37% ~ 40%) and 1,3-propanediamine was studied and the structure was confirmed by MS and 1H NMR. Through the investigation optimization of the reaction, a better route is finally found. The synthesis process is simple, mild, and inexpensive and easy to obtain, and has industrialized prospect. |
