摘　要：采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器（HPLC-PDA），建立了2-甲硫基-4-三氟甲基苯乙酮的检测方法。样品用甲醇溶解，甲醇-水（加0.2%HAc）为流动相，HPLC-PDA检测，外标法定量。结果表明：方法的标准偏差为0.19；变异系数为 0.20％；平均回收率为 100.04.％；线性相关系数为 0.999 6。

The Quantitative Analysis of 2-Methylthio-4-trifluoromethylacetophenone by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract：A method for the 2-methylthio-4-trifluoromethylacetophenone was established using high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector(HPLC-PDA). The samples were dissolved with methanol, using methanol and water(plus 0.2% HAc)as mobile phase, The analysis was performed by HPLC-PDA with an external standard. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.19, 0.20%, 100.04% and 0.999 6 respectively.
