摘 要:为了研究新化合物HNPC-A12211对同翅目害虫的杀虫活性,采用浸渍法研究了HNPC-A12211对蚕豆蚜虫的杀虫活性,其对同翅目害虫的活性经温室盆栽和田间小区防治蚕豆蚜虫和蔬菜蚜虫的药效试验确证。试验结果表明,HNPC-A12211对蚜虫具有较高活性,LC50值为4.02 mg/L;温室和田间试验结果也表明,HNPC-A12211对蚕豆蚜虫和蔬菜蚜虫的防治效果可与对照药剂吡虫啉相媲美,具有进一步研究价值。 | |||||

Abstract:In order to study the insecticidal activity against homopteran pests of HNPC-A12211, the insecticidal activity against bean aphids of HNPC-A12211 by immersion method were studied, and its insecticidal activity against the homopteran pests such as bean aphids and vegetable aphids were confirmed in the greenhouse and field trials. The results indicated that HNPC-A12211 showed high levels of insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae at the value of LC50 4.02 mg/L. The greenhouse and field trials also showed that the efficacy of HNPC-A12211 on bean aphids or vegetable aphids was comparable to that of imidacloprid, and HNPC-A12211 was valuable for further research. | |||||
