新化合物HNPC-A14343/14344的杀螨活性研究

摘 要:为了研究新化合物HNPC-A14343及其异构体HNPC-A14344对害螨的杀螨活性,采用浸渍法研究了HNPC-A14343和HNPC-A14344及其1∶1的混合物对棉红蜘蛛的杀螨活性,其对害螨的活性经温室和田间小区防治山楂叶螨和柑桔红蜘蛛的药效试验确证。试验结果表明,HNPC-A14343/14344对棉红蜘蛛具有高活性,LC50值为0.35~0.41 mg/L;温室和田间试验结果也表明,HNPC-A14343/14344对山楂叶螨和柑桔红蜘蛛的防治效果与同等剂量条件下的对照药剂螺螨酯处于同一水平,且速效性优于螺螨酯,具有进一步研究与开发价值。

Abstract:In order to study the acaricidal activity of HNPC-A14343 and its isomer HNPC-A14344, the acaricidal activity against tetrany chuscinnabarinus of HNPC-A14343/14344 and their 1∶1 mixture by immersion method were studied, and their acaricidal activities against Tetranychus viennensis and Panonychuscitri McGregorwere confirmed in the greenhouse and field trials. The results indicated that HNPC-A14343/14344 exhibited high levels of acaricidal activity against tetranychus cinnabarinus at the value of LC50 0.35~0.41 mg/L. The greenhouse and field trials also showed that the efficacy of HNPC-A14343/14344 against Tetranychus viennensis and Panonychuscitri McGregorwere were comparable to that of spirodiclofen, and HNPC-A14343/14344 were valuable for further research and development.
