基于噻(二)唑的丙烯腈类化合物设计、合成与杀虫活性研究

摘 要:以NC-510为先导化合物,设计合成了一系列基于噻(二)唑的丙烯腈类化合物,其结构经1H NMR和MS等谱图表征确证。杀虫活性测试结果表明,在500 mg/L剂量下,所合成的化合物对同翅目害虫蚜虫均具有100%的杀虫活性;进一步研究发现,化合物7a对蚜虫杀虫活性(LC50=3.46 mg/L)与先导化合物NC-510的活性(LC50=0.61 mg/L)接近,具有进一步优化前景。

Design, Synthesis and Biological Activities of Thia(dia)zole Acrylonitriles

Abstract:A series of novel acrylonitrile compounds containing thia(dia)zole group were designed and synthesized using NC-510 as the lead compound, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and MS. The results of bioassay indicated that the title compounds exhibited 100% mortalit against Aphis fabae at 500 mg/L. In particular, the compound 7a displayed the best activity, the value of LC50 was as low as 3.46 mg/L and its insecticidal potency was close to NC-510 (LC50=0.61 mg/L), so it had a further optimization prospect.
