2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-氨烷基氨基-1-氧哌啶的合成 |

摘 要:研究了2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-氨烷基氨基-1-氧哌啶自由基的合成方法。以2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶酮为原料,通过N-氧化和羰基加成还原反应合成3个2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-氨烷基氨基-1-氧哌啶氮氧自由基化合物,其结构经EPR和HRMS等检测手段进行了确证。该合成方法简单,反应条件温和,且对此类化合物的合成具有普适性,可应用于合成含不同长度侧链的类似结构氮氧自由基化合物。 |

Synthesis of 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-[(aminoalkyl)amino]-1-oxylpiperidines |

Abstract:A novel method for the synthesis of 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-[(aminoalkyl)amino]-1-oxylpiperidines was described. This kind of compounds could be prepared via two reaction steps using 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinone as raw material. The structures of three corresponding nitroxides which synthesized by this way were characterized by EPR and HRMS. The synthetic method proposed in this paper was simple, mild and universal, and it could be applied for the synthesis of similar nitroxides with different lengths of the side chains. |
