甲基嘧啶磷及其杂质的GC-MS分析研究 |

摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对甲基嘧啶磷原药进行分离鉴定。采用HP-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)毛细管柱,以EI源为离子源,得到甲基嘧啶磷及其8个杂质的质谱图,根据合成路线,推断出上述杂质结构,并讨论了甲基嘧啶磷的质谱裂解规律。实验结果有利于控制甲基嘧啶磷原药的杂质,提高产品质量。 |

Analysis of Pirimiphos-methyl and its Impurities |

Abstract:A GC-MS method, using HP-5MS column(30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 um), taking program temperature was developed to separate and analyze pirimiphos-methyl and 8 impurities in technical material. Using electron impact(EI) method, pirimiphos-methyl and 8 impurities were identified and confirmed according to the synthetic route. The way of dissociation of pirimiphos-methyl was discussed. Using GC-FID method, the content of pirimiphos-methyl and 8 impurities were measured. The results showed a good significance to inproving products quality. |
