抗癌化合物MCB-613的合成与表征

摘 要:以4-乙基环己酮、3-吡啶甲醛为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,在无水氢氧化锂存在下,室温反应5.5 h合成了抗癌化合物MCB-613,收率76.4%,纯度达99.9%(LC)。产物结构经红外、核磁氢谱、核磁碳谱、质谱确证。研究了酸性、中性、碱性流动相对检测结果的影响,结果表明碱性流动相v(乙腈) ∶ v(水) ∶ v(三乙胺)=75.0 ∶ 25.0 ∶ 0.1能有效抑制产物异构,

Synthesis and Characterization of Anticancer Agent MCB-613

Abstract:Using 4-ethylcyclohexanone and 3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde as the starting materials, MCB-613 with a yield of 76.4% was synthesized in the presence of lithium hydroxide after a reaction time of 5.5 h. Structure of the product was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI- MS. The purity was determined by HPLC. The influence of acidity of the mobile phase was studied. Isomer can be effectively inhibited by the basic mobile phase v(acetonitrile) ∶ v(water) ∶ v(triethylamine)=75.0 ∶ 25.0 ∶ 0.1. The purity of the product was up to 99.9%.
