4,5-二硝基-2-氯咪唑与5-氨基-4-硝基-2-氯咪唑的合成 |

摘 要:以4-硝基-2-氯咪唑为原料,硝化制得4,5-二硝基-2-氯咪唑,然后与氨水反应得到5-氨基-4-硝基-2-氯咪唑,总收率67.8%,采用质谱、红外光谱等进行了结构表征。利用自然键轨道分析了4,5-二硝基-2-氯咪唑的电荷分布,其计算数值与氨化实验结果相符。 |

Synthesis of 2-Chloro-4,5-dinitro-1H-imidazole and 2-Chloro-4-nitro-1H-imidazol-5-amine |

Abstract:2-Chloro-4,5-dinitro-1H-imidazole was synthesized through the nitration of 2-chloro-4-nitro-1H-imidazole. Then it reacted with ammonium hydroxide to give 2-chloro-4-nitro-1H-imidazol-5-amine with an overall yield of 67.8%. These two products were characterized using mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy. Charge distribution in 2-chloro-4,5-dinitro-1H-imidazole obtained from NBO analysis was consistent with the ammoniation results. |
