尼龙6/金属盐复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘 要:以镁、钙和锌的硫酸盐或草酸盐以及尼龙6(PA6)为原料,通过熔融共混法制备了PA6/金属盐复合材料,并表征了复合材料中的填料大小、分子量大小、结晶性能、韧性断裂表面和力学性能等。结果表明:镁盐、钙盐和锌盐都可通过与PA6酰胺基团的相互作用,影响PA6的分子链运动和结晶性能,从而影响材料的力学性能等。

Preparation and Properties of Nylon 6/Metal Salt Composites

Abstract:PA6/Metal salt composites were prepared by melt blending sulfate or oxalate metal salts including magnesium, calcium and zinc with nylon 6(PA6). The size of filler, molecular weight, crystallinity, fracture surface and mechanical properties of composites were investigated. The results showed that the addition of metal salts including magnesium, calcium and zinc was able to affect crystallization and mechanical properties of PA6 composites due to the interaction between metal ions and PA6 amide group.
