摘　要：以O，O，O-三甲基硫代磷酸酯原料，与光气反应生成O，S-二甲基磷酰氯，再在甲苯溶液中与乙酰胺经酰胺化反应生成乙酰甲胺磷，总收率81%（以O，O，O-三甲基硫代磷酸酯计），产品含量98%。

A Modified Process for Acephate

Abstract：The O,S-dimethyl phosphorochloridothioate was obtained from the reaction between O,O,O-trimethyl phosphorothioate and phosgene. This intermediate reacted with acetamide in toluene to give the final product. The total yield for the final product was of 81% with a purity of 98%,
