1-(2,3-二氯苯基)哌嗪盐酸盐合成工艺改进

摘 要:以二乙醇胺和2,3-二氯苯胺为原料改进了一锅法合成1-(2,3-二氯苯基)哌嗪盐酸盐,产品纯度>99.5%,杂质<0.1%,且反应时间短,成本低,无污染气体产生,适于放大生产。

Synthesis of 1-(2,3-Dichlorophenyl) piperazine Hydrochloride

Abstract:With diethanolamine and 2,3-dichloro aniline as raw material to improve the one pot synthesis 1-(2,3-two chlorobenzene) pipera zine hydrochloride. The purity of the product is more than 99.5%. The reaction time was short; the cost was low; no pollution gas was produced. This method was suitable for large-scale production.
