丙烯酸酯无皂乳液的两步法合成及性能研究

摘 要:采用两步法对无皂丙烯酸酯乳液的合成进行了研究,并对其性能进行了初步测试。研究引发剂用量、单体配比、聚合温度及反应时间等因素对聚合速率及无皂乳液性能的影响。结果表明,在丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯的单体配比为70/30,引发剂用量为单体用量的0.6%,齐聚物用量为单体总量的3%,聚合温度为75℃,聚合反应时间为3.5 h的条件下,所得无皂丙烯酸酯乳液固含量高,稳定性好,粘接性及涂膜耐水强。

Synthesis and Properties of Soap Free Acrylate Emulsion by Two Steps

Abstract:The synthesis of soap-free emulsion by two steps was studied, and the properties of emulsion were tested. The factors affected the polymerization rate and the properties of soap free emulsion were studied including initiator dosage, monomer ratio, polymerization temperature and time. The optimum synthesis condition was as followings: MA/BA(mass radio) was of 70/30; the amount of initiator was of 0.5% (mass percentage content of monomers); the amount of emulsifier was of 3% (mass percentage content of monomers); the reaction temperature was of 70℃; the reaction time was of 3.5 hours. This soap-free emulsion was with high solid content, good stability, strong adhesion and water resistance.
