烧结烟气中二氧化硫监测方法探讨

摘 要:针对烧结烟气高含湿度大、CO含量高的特点,考察了水分和CO对碘量法、定电位电解法、非分散红外法、傅立叶红外法和非分散紫外法的影响,对比了以上5种方法对烧结烟气的检测结果。实验结果表明定电位电解法不适用于测定烧结烟气,碘量法、非分散红外法和非分散紫外法适用于测定SO2浓度高于100 mg/m3的烧结烟气,对于SO2浓度较低的烧结烟气,傅立叶红外法具有更好的准确性。

Comparison of Methods for the Determination of Sulfur Dioxide Emissions in Sintering Flue Gas

Abstract:The effects of moisture and CO on iodometric method, fixed-potential electrolysis method, non-dispersive infrared method, Fourier transform infrared method and non-dispersive ultraviolet method were investigated for sintering flue gas with high content of moisture and high CO. Comparison was performed among the testing results of the above-mentioned five methods. The experimental results showed that the fixed-potential electrolysis method was not suitable for the determination of SO2 concentration in sintering flue gas. The iodometric method, non-dispersive infrared method and non-dispersive ultraviolet method were suitable for the determination of SO2 in sintering flue gas with a concentration of SO2 emission higher than 100 mg/m3. While the Fourier infrared method has better accuracy for sintering flue gas with lower SO2 content.
