三苯基膦合成工艺改进

摘 要:采用弗 克法 ,以苯 ,三氯化磷 ,硫磺直接回流反应 ,生成三苯基硫膦 ,再经锌粉还原制得三苯基膦。其中采用不分离出三苯基硫膦以及用锌粉作还原剂等新工艺。该法具有收率高 ,产品纯 ,反应条件缓和等特点。

Improvement on the New Synthetic Procedure of Tripenyl-phosphine

Abstract:An "one pot" method to synthesize triphenylphosphine was found from the reduction by zinc of triphenylphosphine sulfide,which was prepared directly from benzene by reacting it with sulfur and phosphorus trichloride with high yield,pure product and moderate conditions.
