Fenton法降解水杨腈废水中COD和水杨酰胺的实验研究

摘 要:研究采用Fenton氧化降解水杨腈废水中的水杨酰胺和COD。通过单因素实验考察双氧水用量、反应时间、绿矾用量和反应初始pH值等主要因素对废水中水杨酰胺去除率和COD去除率的影响。结果表明:Fenton法对水杨腈废水中水杨酰胺和COD的降解优化条件:pH=4.2、绿矾用量为6.8 g/L、反应时间为90 min、双氧水的用量为30.0 mL/L,在此优化条件下废水的水杨酰胺降解达到91.3%,COD的降解率达到73.8%,BOD5/COD从0.05提升到0.38,显著提高了可生化性,保障了后续生化处理的进水要求,为生产企业处理水杨腈废水提供了方向。

Degradation of COD and Salicylamide in Salicylonitrile Wastewater by Fenton Process

Abstract:The degradation of COD and salicylamide in salicylonitrile wastewater using Fenton reagents. The removal of salicylamide and COD was affected by initial pH value, dosage of H2O2 and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, and reaction time. The results of single factor experiment showed that the optimal condition for the salicylamide degradation and COD removal in salicylonitrile wastewater was as following: pH=4.2, ferrous salt dosage of 6.8 g/L, H2O2 dosage of 30.0 mL / L and reaction time of 90 min. After Fenton reaction, the salicylamide and COD removal rate were 91.3% and 73.8%, respectively, and BOD5 /COD increased from 0. 05 to 0.38. The improved wastewater quality was helpful for subsequent biochemical treatment, and the investigation results provided data supporting actual wastewater treatment process.
