摘　要：采用高效液相色谱法，用ODS反相色谱柱，以v（乙腈）∶v（水）=85∶15为流动相，在流速为1.0 mL／min，检测波长为238 nm的条件下，定量测定95%胡椒基丁醚原药中的有效成分胡椒基丁醚。胡椒基丁醚的线性相关系数为0.999 8，标准偏差为0.20，变异系数为0.002%。

Determination of Piperonyl Butoxide by HPLC

Abstract：Piperonyl butoxide was determinated using ODS filled column, a mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase (v（Acetonitrile）∶v（water）=85∶15), a flowing rate of 1.0 mL/min, and a detection wavelength of 238 nm in a HPLC method. The experimental data showed that this method had a liner correlation coefficient of 0.999 8, a RSD of 0.20, and a coefficient of variation of 0.002%.
