还原敏感型小分子药物递送系统释放机制研究

摘 要:基于肿瘤细胞内外还原性环境而设计合成还原敏感型肿瘤靶向药物得到人们的关注。小分子药物在偶联时由于化学结构发生改变,导致药物活性受到影响。综述了还原敏感型小分子药物递送的释放机理及应用,阐明了小分子药物完整释放的机理。

Abstract:The application of the reduction-sensitive small-molecule drug delivery systems designed based on a significant difference between the reductive environments inside and outside tumor cell have attracted much attention. However, the chemical properties of small-molecule drug are changed due to the chemical bond linker, and these changes influence the small-molecule drug activity. The paper reviewed current research status of the release mechanism and application of the reduction-sensitive small-molecule drug delivery systems.
