5-二氟甲基-1-取代苯基-1H-吡唑-4-甲酰肼的合成

摘 要:以取代苯肼盐酸盐和二氟乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料经缩合、成环、肼解,得到了7个结构全新吡唑酰肼类化合物,所有化合物经核磁氢谱、碳谱和高分辨质谱确证。对成环反应条件进行了研究,取代苯肼盐酸盐中和后进行反应为宜,并且其水分含量是影响反应的关键因素。

Synthesis of 5-(Difluoromethyl)-1-substitutedphenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbohydrazide

Abstract:Pyrazolehydrozide was obtained in a process including condensation reaction, cyclization, and reaction with hydrozine hydrate using substituted phenylhydrazine hydrochloride and ethyl 4,4-difluoroaceto-acetate as starting materials. Seven pyrazole hydrazide compounds were synthesized and all compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. Investigation on the cyclization condition revealed that the substituted phenylhydrazine should be neutralized prior to use and its water content was vital for the reaction.
