Synthesis and Identification of Key Impurities in Eszopiclone Intermediates

Abstract：The method for the preparation of four key impurities in Eszopiclone intermediates was described. These four impuritities were synthesized and their structure were confirmed by HPLC, HRMS, and NMR.
