二氢杨梅素镧配合物的合成、表征与密度泛函计算模拟

摘 要:采用溶剂热法,以藤茶天然有效成分二氢杨梅素为配体与稀土元素镧合成二元配合物,并通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热-热重分析等对配合物进行表征。等物质的量连续变化法测定络合比表明镧离子与二氢杨梅素在物质的量比为1∶3时有最大吸光度,并结合热重分析推测其化学组成为La(DMY)3·4H2O。采用密度泛函(DFT)中B3LYP方法在6-311G**基组下,对该配合物进行模拟与表征,证实了实验所得出的配位构型的准确性,同时证明了该种构型具有较好的稳定性,预期为实验的进一步研究提供重要的依据。

Synthesis, Characterization and Density Functional Theory Calculation for the Complex of Lanthanum with Dihydromyricetin

Abstract:Dihydromyricetin-lanthanum complex was prepared using dihydromyricetin as the ligand, an active ingredient of TengCha, by thermal-solvent method. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Visible spectroscopy and TG-DTG analysis. This complex had a maximum absorbency when lanthanum and dihydromyricetin in a molar ratio of 1 to 3, and the results of TG-DTG analysis showed that lanthanum with dihydromyricetin is a binary complex, which compositions were tested as La (DMY)3·4H2O. Then, the B3LYP method was used to calculate this complex under the 6-311G** basis sets, the result showed that the complex tended to be a stable configuration. More importantly, it is expected to provide an important basis for further laboratory research.
