聚苯乙烯酚醛吸附树脂的合成及对水中苯酚的吸附性能

摘 要:用氯甲基化聚苯乙烯分别与2-萘酚和 S-联萘酚反应,制成了以聚苯乙烯为基质的酚羟基修饰的PS-N树脂和PS-SD树脂,用静态和动态方法研究了PS-N树脂和PS-SD树脂的吸附行为,研究发现:两种树脂对苯酚的吸附都为放热吸附,主要为氢键吸附。与PS-N树脂相比,PS-SD树脂具有更大的比表面积,对苯酚的吸附量明显大于PS-N树脂,有更好的应用前景。

Synthesis of Polystyrene Phenol Formaldehyde Resin and Its Adsorption Property for Phenol

Abstract:The PS-N and PS-SD resins based on polystyrene were synthesized through the reaction of chloromethylated polystyrene with 2-naphthol and(S)-BINOL. The adsorption behaviors of resins were studied under static and dymanic conditions. The results were compared and found that the adsorption of phenol was an exothermic process and affected by hydrogen bonding interactions. The PS-SD showed a larger surface area and higher adsorption ability for phenol, and PS-SD resin was promising application in industry.
