新化合物HNPC-A6059的合成与杀虫活性

摘 要:以丙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,经氯化、与醋酸甲脒环合等4步反应合成了5-氯-乙基-N-(4-甲苯氧基)苄基)嘧啶-4-胺(HNPC-A6059),其结构经1H NMR、MS等确证。杀虫活性测试结果表明,所合成的目标化合物HNPC-A6059对红蜘蛛的防治活性优于对照药剂螺虫乙酯,对蚜虫的防治活性优于对照药剂吡虫啉,具有进一步研究价值。

Abstract:HNPC-A6059 was synthesized from 4-propionylacetic acid ethyl ester through a four-step reaction process including chlorination and cyclization using formamidine acetate, The structure of the target product was confirmed using 1H NMR and MS. The results of insecticidal activity testing indicated that the title compound HNPC-A6059 had excellent activity against Tetranychus urticae, better than that of Spirotetramat. The target compound had outstanding activity against Aphis fabae, which was much better than that of Imidacloprid, and it was valuable for further research.
