吡唑醚菌酯中间体1-(4-氯苯基)-3-吡唑醇的合成 |

摘 要:以对氯苯肼盐酸盐为原料,甲醇钠作碱,与丙烯酰胺在甲苯中反应得到中间体1-(4-氯苯基)-3-吡唑酮,然后与双氧水反应得1-(4-氯苯基)-3-吡唑醇,总收率84%。该方法成本低、操作简便,适合工业化生产。 |

Preparation of 1-(4-Chlorophenyl) -3-hydroxypyrazole |

Abstract:4-Chlorophenyl hydrazine hydrochloride as starting material reacted with acrylamide in toluene to obtain 1-(4-chlorophenyl) pyrazole -3-one using sodium methoxide as base catalyst; then reacted with hydrogen peroxide to obtain 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxypyrazole. A total yield of 84% was achieved. This route was of low cost, easy to operate, suitable for industrial manufacture. |
