3,4-二甲氧基苯丙酮的合成研究

摘 要:研究了以呋喃酚的副产物4-(2-甲基烯丙基)-1,2-苯二酚为原料,经醚化、臭氧化得附加值较高的精细化工产品3,4-二甲氧基苯丙酮。分析了醚化、臭氧化反应过程中可能出现的副反应。探索了醚化反应的氢氧化钠用量、反应温度和臭氧化反应的反应温度、臭氧用量等条件,优化条件为醚化反应n(NaOH)∶n(4-(2-甲基烯丙基)-1,2-苯二酚)= 2.25∶1.00,反应温度为90℃,臭氧化反应温度 ℃、n(O3)∶n[1,2-二甲氧基-4-(2-甲基烯丙基)苯]= 3∶1时,合成3,4-二甲氧基苯丙酮总收率达72.8%,产品结构经LC-MS,1H NMR确证。

Synthesis of 3,4-Dimethoxyphenylacetone

Abstract:Synthesis of 3,4-dimethoxyphenylacetone from 4-(2-methylallyl)benzene-1,2-diol by etherification and ozonation was studied to transfer the byproduct of benzofuranol into fine chemicals with higher added value. The possible side effects of etherification and ozonation were analyzed. The amount of sodium hydroxide and reaction temperature of etherification, the reaction temperature and the amount of ozone in ozonation were explored. Optimal conditions were as follows: the ratio of sodium hydroxide to 4-(2-methylallyl)benzene-1,2-diol of 2.25∶1 and the reaction temperature at 90℃ in the process of etherification, the reaction temperature at 0℃and the ratio of ozone to 1,2-dimethoxy-4-(2-methylallyl)benzene of 3∶1 in the process of ozonization, the total yield of 3,4-dimethoxyphenylacetone was up to 72.8%. The product structure was confirmed using LC-MS and 1H NMR.
