硫酸铈催化合成阿魏酸异戊酯的研究

摘 要:以阿魏酸和异戊醇为原料,硫酸铈为催化剂,直接酯化合成阿魏酸异戊酯。实验考察了催化剂的用量、醇酸配比、带水剂的用量、反应时间等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,合成阿魏酸异戊酯的优化反应条件为硫酸铈用量占反应原料阿魏酸质量的10%,物料配比n(阿魏酸)∶n(异戊醇)=1∶6,带水剂的用量为3.5 mL,反应时间为2 h,优化条件下阿魏酸异戊酯的收率可达95.6%。

Synthesis of Ferulic Acid Isoamyl Ester by Cerium Sulfate

Abstract:The ferulic acid isoamylester was synthesized from ferulic acid and isoamyl alcohol using cerium sulfate as catalyst. The factors affecting the reaction including the dosage of the catalyst, the molar ratio of raw materials, the amount of water agent and the reaction time were investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimum reaction conditions for the catalyst dosage of cerium sulfate was 10% of the quantity of raw materials, the molar ratio of ferulic acid and isoamyl alcohol was 1∶6, The dosage of water agent was 3.5 mL at the response time of 2 h. Under these conditions, the yield of ferulic acid isoamyl ester was of 95.6%.
