氨基二茂铁的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以二茂铁甲酸为原料，与叠氮磷酸二苯酯的叔丁醇溶液反应生成中间体N-Boc氨基二茂铁（3），然后用三氟乙酸脱保护合成氨基二茂铁（1），总收率68.1%，其结构经1H NMR确证。 |

| Synthesis of Aminoferrocene |

| Abstract：The intermediate of tert-butyl ferrocenylcarbamate(3) was synthesized from a reaction between tert-butanol solution of diphenylphosphoryl azide and ferrocenecarboxylic acid. And aminoferrocene(1) was obtained followed by deprotection in two steps with trifluoroacetic acid, the total yield was 68.1%. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR. |
