2-氯-1-(6-氟-3,4-二氢-2H-1-苯并吡喃-2-基)乙酮的制备

摘 要:氯溴甲烷和锌粉反应生成有机锌试剂氯甲基溴化锌(3),3 和6-氟-2-氰基-3,4-二氢-2H-1-苯并吡喃(2)反应,得到2-氯-1-(6-氟-3,4-二氢-2H-1-苯并吡喃-2-基)乙酮(1)。收率85%,纯度98%。工艺方法操作简单,产物收率高,适合于工业化生产。

Abstract:A novel one-step method was developed for the synthesis of 2-chloro-1-(6-fluoro-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-chroman-2-yl) ethan-1-one (1). The reaction of bromochloromethane with zinc gave chloromethylzinc bromide (3). Then treatment of 2-cyanide-6-fluoridechroman (2) with 3 generated 1 in a yield of 85% and a purity of 98% . Mild reaction conditions, simple operation and high yield were three advantages of this method and the process was suitable for industrial manufacture.
