碱木质素对EVA复合材料力学性能的影响

摘 要:将两种不同的碱木质素(Lignin A和Lignin B)分别与乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)在转矩流变仪中共混后,经平板硫化仪热压成片制得Lignin/EVA复合材料。探究了两种碱木质素的理化性质及其对Lignin/EVA复合材料力学性能的影响。傅里叶红外光谱分析(FT-IR)表明Lignin A以紫丁香基基本结构单元为主,Lignin B则以愈创木基、紫丁香基基本结构单元为主;Lignin/EVA复合材料的力学性能测试结果表明Lignin A/EVA复合材料的力学性能比Lignin B/EVA复合材料的力学性能好;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试结果表明Lignin A与EVA的共混相容性较Lignin B与EVA的共混相容性好。

Effect of Alkaline Lignins on the Mechanical Properties of Lignin/EVA Composites

Abstract:Alkali lignin (Lignin A or Lignin B) was mixed with ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) in a torque rheometer, and the obtained Lignin/EVA composites samples were prepared by hot pressing. The physicochemical properties of two alkali lignins and their effects on the mechanical properties of Lignin/EVA composites were evaluated. Data from Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) showed that Lignin A was dominated by the basic structural unit of syringa, however, Lignin B was mainly composed of basic units of guaiacyl and syringa; the mechanical properties of Lignin A/EVA composites were better than that of Lignin B/EVA composites; the results of SEM indicated that the compatibility between Lignin A and EVA was better than that between Lignin B and EVA.
