酒精饮料塑料包装中有害物质的迁移与检测

摘 要:利用高效液相色谱-外标定量法测试了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)中抗氧剂2246和乙醛向酒精溶液中的迁移行为。实验条件对二者的迁移行为有明显影响,其中降低实验温度和酒精浓度可以抑制二者在实验条件下的迁移。当酒精浓度为8%,实验温度为20℃,测试时间为90 d时,乙醛的迁移量为0.11 μg·g-1,抗氧剂2246的迁移量为0.19 μg·g-1,均处于较低水平。虽然提高酒精浓度和实验温度会造成二者迁移量上升,但在40℃下,将PET板材浸泡于浓度为60%的酒精溶液中90 d后,乙醛和抗氧剂2246的迁移量也仅为0.21 μg·g-1和0.70 μg·g-1。

Migration and Detection of Harmful Substances in Plastic Packaging Containing Alcoholic Beverages

Abstract:The migration behaviors of antioxidants 2246 and acetaldehyde to alcohol from PET were measured using high performance liquid chromatography combined with external standard quantitative method. The experimental conditions obviously affected the migration behavior of antioxidants 2246 and acetaldehyde. Low experimental temperature and low alcohol concentration could suppress the migration. When the alcohol concentration was 8%, the experimental temperature was at 20℃ and the test time was 90 days, the migration of acetaldehyde was as low as 0.11 μg·g-1, and the migration of antioxidant 2246 was as low as 0.19 μg·g-1. Although increasing the concentration of alcohol and the temperature of the experiment resulted in the increase in the migration, the migration of acetaldehyde and antioxidant 2246 was 0.21μg·g-1 and 0.70 μg·g-1 at 40℃, 90 days after immersion in the alcohol solution with a concentration of 60%.
