药用维生素D3中杂质的分离与结构鉴定

摘 要:采用制备色谱从药用级维生素D3样品中制备分离出2个杂质,通过MS、NMR进行结构鉴定,确定2个杂质分别为光甾醇和速甾醇,为质量研究提供了杂质对照品。同时,根据鉴定出的杂质可针对性地优化工艺来降低杂质含量并提高收率和维生素D3的品质。

Isolation and Structure Identification of Impurities from Pharmaceutical-grade Vitamin D3

Abstract:To provide reference impurities for drug quality control, two impurities in pharmaceutical-grade vitamin D3 were isolated using preparative RP-HPLC. The structures of the impurities were identified as lumisterol3 and tachysterol3 based on the analysis of MS and NMR data. According to presence of the identified impurities, the process for producing Vitamin D3 can be optimized to reduce the impurities and improve the yield.
