不同栽培方式下戊唑醇在辣椒中残留量的对比

摘 要:本文建立了辣椒样品中戊唑醇的LC-MS/MS检测方法,并通过多地开展露地和大棚种植辣椒的残留试验,对两种栽培方式下戊唑醇在辣椒中的残留量进行了比较。结果表明,戊唑醇在辣椒空白样品添加的平均回收率为70.5%~90.7%,相对标准偏差1.3%~2.0%,最低检测浓度均为0.01 mg·kg-1,大棚种植辣椒中戊唑醇残留量比露地种植辣椒高,为制定戊唑醇在辣椒上的最大残留限量标准开展残留试验提供参考依据。

Comparing Residues of Tebuconazole in Pepper Under Different Cultivation Modes

Abstract:The method for determination of tebuconazole in pepper was established. The residues test of pepper was carried out in Hunan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Beijing, Heilongjiang, and Yunan in 2015 and the residues of tebuconazole in pepper under different cultivation modes were compared. The results showed that the recoveries spiked in blank pepper was ranged from 70.5%~90.7% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 1.3%~2.0%. The limits of quantification (LOQs) were of 0.01 mg/kg for pepper. The final residues at harvest of tebuconazole in pepper grown in the open field was higher than that grown in the open field. Therefore, we should consider the impact of different cultivation modes, when making MRL of tebuconazole in pepper.
