摘 要:2-苯基丙腈是重要的有机中间体,广泛应用于医药和农药等领域。根据2-苯基丙腈的结构特点,将其合成方法概括为烷基化法、氰基化法和其他方法,并分析了各种方法的工艺特点,对生产工艺的改进与优化具有一定的指导意义。 |

Abstract:2-Phenylpropionitrile is an important organic intermediate widely used in medicine and other fields, for example, as a raw material for the synthesis of various kinds of lofen drugs. Based on the structural characteristics of 2-phenylpropionitrile, the synthesis methods can be summarized as alkylation method, cyanation method and other methods. The processing characteristics of various methods are appraised, which are of guiding significance to the improvement and optimization of production process. |
