十三吗啉的合成工艺研究 |

摘 要:对十三吗啉的合成工艺路线进行了研究。通过二异丙醇胺环合脱水得到中间体2,6-二甲基吗啉,以十三醛作为原料,与中间体2,6-二甲基吗啉催化加氢得到目标产物十三吗啉。2步收率92%以上,方法合成未见报道,具有污染小、环境友好等特点,易于实现工业化生产。 |

Study on Sythesis of Tridemorph |

Abstract:This study conducts a research on the synthesis process of tridemorph. The intermediate 2,6-dimethylmorpholine is obtained by dehydration of diisopropanolamine cyclization. By using tridecylic aldehyde as a raw material, the intermediate 2, 6-dimethylmorpholine as the catalyst, adding hydrogen, the tridemorph is obtained. The yield of tridemorph is above 92% with this two step. This method hasn't been reported in any domestic paper. Furthermore, the method has been characteristics of less pollution, enviromental protection and easy to realization of industrial production. |
