基于戊唑醇合成反应液的液相色谱分析方法 |

摘 要:建立了以环氧化合物为原料合成的戊唑醇反应液的高效液相色谱测定法。以v(甲醇)∶v(水)=80∶20为流动相,使用C18色谱柱,在流速1.2 mL·min-1,波长220 nm的色谱条件下,采用外标标准曲线法定量分析戊唑醇含量。结果表明,方法在80~400 mg·L-1的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 97),相对标准偏差RSD为0.48%,平均加标回收率为99.45%。该法简便、快速,具有良好的精密度和准确度,可用于戊唑醇合成反应液体系中各组分的分析和戊唑醇含量的测定。 |

Analysis of Tebuconazole in Reaction Mixture Using HPLC |

Abstract:A HPLC method was established for the determination of tebuconazole in the mixture from the reaction using epoxy as the starting material. Tebuconazole content was quantitatively analyzed using an external standard curve method with C18 column and UV detector at 220 nm. In this method, the mobile phase was methanol/water of 80∶20(v/v); and the flow rate was of 1.2 mL·min-1. The results indicated that this method was of a linear relation(r=0.999 97) in a concentration range from 80 mg·L-1 to 400 mg·L-1; the average RSD was of 0.48%; and the average recovery rate was of 99.45%.This method is simple, rapid with good accuracy and reliability, and could be applied in the analysis of different components and tebuconazole in the reaction mixture for monitoring the synthesis process. |
