摘　要：环溴虫酰胺（Cyclaniliprole）是日本石原产业公司开发的具双酰胺结构的新型广谱杀虫剂。为研究其合成方法与生物活性，以2-氨基-5-氯苯甲酸和3-溴-1-（3-氯-2-吡啶基）-1H-吡唑-5-羧酸为原料合成了环溴虫酰胺，并经质谱和核磁等确证了其结构。生物活性研究结果表明环溴虫酰胺（Cyclaniliprole）具有较好的杀虫活性。

Abstract：Cyclaniliprole is a novel broad-spectrum insecticide with diamide structure developed by Shihara Industry Co.,Ltd., Japan. In order to study the synthesis and biological activities, Cyclaniliprole was synthesized from 2-amino-5-chlorobenzoic acid and 3-bromo-1-(3-chloro-2-pyridyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid. The structure was confirmed by MS and NMR etc. The results of bioassay showed that Cyclaniliprole exhibited good insecticidal activities.
