新型固相催化剂催化环氧化物与芳香氨的开环反应

摘 要:以固定于Merrifield树脂的聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为载体,通过聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)上氨基与三氟甲磺酸钪Sc(OTf)3的配位作用制备了固载的Sc(OTf)3 催化剂,并将其应用于催化环氧化物与芳香氨的开环反应,获得了重要的有机合成中间体2-氨基醇类化合物。固载的催化剂能够循环3次,更多次的循环导致反应收率下降。

The Ring-opening of Epoxides and Aromatic Amine Using Novel Catalyst

Abstract:In this paper, a new solid support was prepared by anchoring polyethylenimine to Merrifield resin. Sc(OTf)3 was immoblized on this supporter by the coordination of Sc3+ with amino groups of polyethylenimine. The supported Sc(OTf)3 catalyst was tested in the ring-opening reaction of epoxides with aromatic amines, and 2-amino alcohols were obtained in good yields. The catalyst could be recycled for three times without decrease of the yield, but the catalytic activity was found to be decreased sharply after three recycles.
