2,6-二氯环己酮的合成 |

摘 要:以1-吗啉基-1-环己烯(3)为原料,N-氯代酰二亚胺(NCS)为氯化剂,在二氯甲烷中室温反应3 h制得1-吗啉基-2,6-二氯环己烯(2),再以一水合对甲苯磺酸(TsOH·H2O)为有机酸试剂,在二氧六环中催化水解化合物2,制得2,6-二氯环己酮(1),终产物经石油醚重结晶。优化了反应条件:氯化反应中,n(NCS)∶n(3)= 2.4∶1.0,二氯甲烷作反应溶剂;水解反应中,n(TsOH·H2O)∶n(2)= 1.0∶1.0,石油醚作产物结晶溶剂。合成途径简洁、条件温和、产品质量好,优化条件下总收率68.0%。 |

Synthseis of 2,6-Dichloro-cyclohexanone |

Abstract:Using 1-morinidyl-1-cyclohexene(3) as the raw material and NCS as chlorination agent, 1-morinidyl -2,6-dichlorocyclohexene(2) was prepared at room temperature for 3 h in dichloromethane. Then, TsOHoH2O was used as organic acid reagent to catalyze hydrolysis compound 2 in dioxane. The related factors affecting product yield were investigated: In the chlorination reaction, n(NCS)∶n(3)=2.4∶1.0 using dichloromethane as the reaction solvent; in the hydrolytic reaction, n(TsOH·H2O)∶n(2)=1.0∶1.0, using petroleum ether as crystallizing solvent. This synthetic route is simple; the conditions are mild; the product quality is good; and the total yield under optimized conditions is 68.0%. |
