溶剂挥发法制备CL-20/LLM-105共晶含能材料的研究

摘 要:为解决CL-20机械感度过高的缺点,采用机械感度较低的含能材料作为配体与CL-20制成共晶可以有效改善CL-20的感度。以六硝基六异戊兹烷(CL-20)与2,6-二氨基-3,5-二硝基吡嗪-1-氧化物(LLM-105)为原料,通过溶剂挥发法制备CL-20/LLM-105共晶材料,利用偏光显微镜,X射线衍射(XRD)及差式扫描量热仪(DSC)对样品进行表征,结果表明:CL-20/LLM-105共晶材料为块状粉红色晶体,与单一CL-20和LLM-105晶体相比形貌有明显变化。实验制得的CL-20/LLM-105共晶材料XRD表明CL-20/LLM-105共晶相比于原料峰值变化较明显。共晶炸药的熔点为176.51℃,分解温度为237.43℃。

Preparation of CL-20/LLM-105 Co-crystal Energetic Materials by Solvent Evaporation Method

Abstract:In order to solve the shortcomings of CL-20 mechanical sensitivity, using the energetic materials with lower mechanical sensitivity as a ligand to form a co-crystal with CL-20 could effectively improve the sensitivity of CL-20. Hexanoyl hexaazaisopentazane (CL-20) and 2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyrazing-1-oxide (LLM-105) were used as raw materials. CL-20/LLM-105 co-crystal explosives were prepared by solvent evaporation method. The co-crystal explosives were characterized by polarizing microscope, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that the co-crystal explosives were massive pink crystals, a significant change of appearance compared to that of CL-20 and LLM-105 crystals. The XRD of CL-20/LLM-105 co-crystal material showed a significant structure change compared to the the raw material.
