电催化氧化技术处理硫双灭多威农药废水

摘 要:应用自制电催化氧化装置对硫双灭多威废水的催化条件展开研究。以阳极板材质、电流密度、氧化时间、板间距、废水pH值等做考察因子,得出优化条件:Ti/IrO-RuO板作阳极,不锈钢板作阴极,电流密度为30 mA·cm-2,氧化时间3 h,板间距2 cm,废水pH值为6~9。优化条件下,CODCr去除率达80%,B/C由0.03提高到0.45,有效去除硫双灭多威农药废水主要特征污染源。

The Electric Catalytic Oxidization Treatment of Thiodicarb in Wastewater

Abstract:The treatment of Thiodicarb in wastewater using the electrochemical reactor was studied in this paper. Factors affecting the removal rate are investigated such as types of anode plate, current density, electrolysis time, distance between the electrodes, pH, etc. And then the optimal treatment conditions were determined. The removal rate of CODcr reached up to 80% under the following conditions: the anode plate of Ti/IrO-RuO, current density of 30 mA·cm-2, electrolysis time of 3 h, the distance between the electrodes of 2 cm, pH of 6~9, B/C between 0.03 to 0.45. The main characteristic pollution sources were decomposed.
