不锈钢盐酸酸洗废酸资源化回收研究

摘 要:综合采用减压蒸馏和磷酸法,对高酸度不锈钢盐酸酸洗废酸进行了回收处理,结果表明:酸的回收率达95.6%,F-回收率达87.1%。经回收后的铁磷酸亚铁氮吸附结果表明磷酸亚铁是多孔的,可用作磷酸铁锂电池原材料。实现了废酸中添加剂的高效回收利用与零排放,该工艺方法成本低、效率高、操作简单,对钢铁酸洗废酸的资源化回收处理提供了新思路。

Recycling of Stainless-steel Hydrochloric Acid Pickling Wastewater

Abstract:The high acidity stainless steel hydrochloric acid pickling waste acid was recovered by vacuum distillation combined with phosphoric acid method. The results showed that the acid recovery rate was 95.6% and F- recovery rate was 87.1%. Adsorption results of the recovered iron ferrous phosphate indicated that the ferrous phosphate was porous and could be used as a raw material for the lithium iron phosphate. This method realized high-efficiency recycling and zero emission of additives in waste acid. Due to its low cost, high efficiency and simple operation it provides a new idea for resource recycling of steel pickling waste acid.
