木质素改性聚醋酸乙烯酯/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯复合材料的性能研究

摘 要:将木质素改性聚醋酸乙烯酯(L-PVAc)与聚丁二酸丁二醇酯熔融共混,制得了L-PVAc/PBS复合材料。通过万能试验机、冲击试验机、DSC、TGA及SEM对复合材料的力学性能、热性能及断面形貌进行了分析与表征。结果表明:随着L-PVAc含量的增加,L- PVAc/PBS复合材料的冲击强度及剩余炭量逐渐上升,断裂伸长率逐渐下降,拉伸强度呈先下降后上升趋势,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)及熔融温度(Tm)基本无变化;当m(PBS)∶m(L-PVAc)=5∶1时,复合材料的冲击强度可达41.5 KJ·m-2,是纯PBS的164.7%。

Preparation and Properties of PBS/L-PVAc Composites

Abstract:Polybutylene succinate (PBS) was melt-blended with lignin modified polyvinyl acetate (L-PVAc) to prepare L-PVAc/PBS composites. The mechanical properties, thermal properties and cross-section of the composites were analyzed and tested using universal testing machine, impact testing machine, DSC, TGA and SEM. The results showed that the impact strength and carbon residue of the composites increased gradually with the increase of L-PVAc content while the elongation at break of the composites decreased gradually; the tensile strength of the composites decreased first and then increased; there was almost no change in glass transition temperature (Tg) and melting temperature (Tm) of the composites. When the mass ratio of PBS to L-PVAc was of 5∶1, the notched impact strength of the composite was up to 41.5 KJ·m-2.It was 164.7% of pure PBS.
