辛酰氧肟酸的合成工艺

摘 要:以辛酸乙酯为原料,采用一锅法,在碱性环境下,经与盐酸羟胺反应,生成辛酰氧肟酸。采用高效液相色谱法,对反应过程中的原料以及产品跟踪检测。优化工艺条件为:n(辛酸乙酯)∶n(盐酸羟胺)∶n(碱)∶n(乙醇)=1.0∶1.4∶1.8∶7.0,在45℃下反应4 h,辛酰氧肟酸收率达87%。

Synthesis of Octanohydroxamic Acid

Abstract:Octanohydroxamic acid was synthesized from ethyl octanoate by an one-pot reaction with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in alkaline environment. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to monitor the raw materials and products in the reaction process. By investigating different reaction conditions, the optimum technological conditions were obtained: n(ethyl octanoate)∶n(hydroxylamine hydrochloride)∶n(alkali)∶n(ethanol) =1.0∶1.4∶1.8∶7.0. The yield of octanohydroxamic acid could reach 87% at 45℃ for 5 h.
