硝酰胺热分解反应动力学研究

摘 要:以尿素为原料制备硝酰胺,经过分离提纯后采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了硝酰胺的热分解性质。根据DSC数据结果,采用Kissinger法和Ozawa法分别获得了硝酰胺的热分解表观动力学参数。并基于动力学数据通过Zhang-Hu-Xie-Li法计算得到的硝酰胺的自发火温度和自加速分解温度。

Thermal Decomposition Kinetics of Nitramide

Abstract:Nitroamide was prepared from urea. After separation and purification, the thermal decomposition properties of nitramide were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). According to the DSC data, the thermal decomposition apparent kinetic parameters of nitramide were obtained by Kissinger method and Ozawa method, respectively. The spontaneous combustion temperature and self-accelerating decomposition temperature of the nitramide were calculated by the Zhang-Hu-Xie-Li method based on the kinetic data.
