MAP法处理垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的试验研究

摘 要:垃圾渗滤液成分复杂,具有“高污染、高危害、难处理”的典型特性。采用磷酸铵镁沉淀法(MAP)进行了垃圾渗滤液的处理,探究了各因素对去除率的影响,经正交实验确定了优化反应条件及各因素的影响作用。优化工艺条件为:pH值9.5,n(Mg2+)∶n(PO43-)∶n(NH4+)=1.2∶1.0∶1.0,反应时间为20 min,NH3-N去除率为98.13%。各因素对NH3-N去除率影响的大小依次为:pH值>n(PO43-)∶n(NH4+)>n(Mg2+)∶n(NH4+)>反应时间。

Experimental Study on Treatment of Ammonia-nitrogen in Landfill Leachate by MAP Process

Abstract:Landfill leachate is a complex organic wastewater with typical characteristics, such as high pollution, high risk and difficult to handle, etc. In this paper, the effect of various factors on the removal rate of landfill leachate was studied by using map process. The optimal reaction conditions and the effects of various factors were determined by orthogonal experiment. The experimental results showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows: pH=9.5; n(Mg2+)∶n(PO43-)∶n(NH4+)=1.2∶1.0∶1.0; and reaction time was of 20 min. Under these conditions, the removal rate of NH3-N was of 98.13%; the influence of various factors on the removal of NH3-N was: pH>n(PO43-)∶n(NH4+)>n(Mg2+)∶n(NH4+)> reaction time.
