光气法合成水杨腈的研究 |

摘 要:以水杨酰胺为原料,通过与光气直接高温回流反应得到水杨腈,并通过气相色谱确定了水杨腈含量大于98%,水杨酸胺等杂质残留在0.5%以下。反应具有选择性好、收率高 、副产物少、后处理简单等优点,为下游产品嘧菌酯合成提供了质量保证。 |

Synthesis of Salicylnitrile by Phosgene Method |

Abstract:Salicylnitrile was synthesized from the reaction of salicylamide with phosgene under reflux at high temperature. The purity of salicylnitrile synthesized from this method was above 98% and the impurity residue was below 0.5% analyzed using gas chromatography. This method has many advantages including good selectivity, high yield, few by-products and simple post-treatment. It provides high quality assurance for the synthesis of pyrimethyl ester. |
