2-乙硫基苯并噻唑的合成研究 |

摘 要:提出了以2-巯基苯并噻唑为原料,碱的醇溶液为反应介质,与溴乙烷反应合成2-乙硫基苯并噻唑的新方法。并探讨了反应温度、时间、碱溶液的浓度对反应收率的影响。优化条件为:70℃反应1.5 h,NaOH溶液浓度为30%。优化条件下2-乙硫基苯并噻唑收率为86.73%(以2-巯基苯并噻唑计)。工艺原料廉价易得,操作简单。 |

Synthesis of 2-(Ethylthio)benzo[d]thiazole |

Abstract:In this paper, a new method was used to synthesize 2-(ethylthio)benzo[d] thiazole from the reaction of benzo[d]thiazole-2-thiol with bromoethane using alkaline alcohol solution as the reaction media. Several factors were studied including the reaction temperature, reaction time and the concentration of alkaline alcohol solution.The optimum condition was obtained as following: reaction temerature of 70℃, reaction time of 1.5 h, a 30% of sodium hydroxide solution. A yield of 86.73% was achieved under these conditions(at the cost of benzo[d]thiazole-2-thiol).This synthesis route had the advantage of cheap raw materials and simple operation. |
